Role

Avatara is looking for an IT help desk technician to provide support for our end user customer base across the country. Candidates should have a mix of technical and customer service skills and be passionate about technology and helping people.

  • Support the IT infrastructure of Avatara CompleteCloud through customer requests for support via phone & email
  • Provide support for desktop hardware & software,laptops, mobile devices, & office appliances such as printers & wireless access points
  • Oversee & work in a company-built help desk ticketing system, providing rapid response to the customer notating all work & resolution to customer requests.

Compensation

Target Compensation

  • $35,000 to $40,000

Experience working with:

  • Microsoft Windows Operating Systems–Personal & Server (10, 8.1, 8.0, 7, XP /Server 2008, 2012, & 2016)
  • MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint,Word), Adobe Acrobat / Reader, & the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, & various other professional tools▷
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP,Group Policy Management, Print Management, Exchange 2010 – 2016
