Sharing files has never been easier or safer than with Avatara’s Cloud Collaboration system. When you set up your account, you have the option to create either a public or private share system. Public shares are protected with password support, while private shares are safely secured within the system itself.
Our Cloud Collaboration system, part of our CompleteCloud Solution, comes equipped with many unique functions. Users are able to securely transfer files across multiple platforms or set up their own collaboration spaces, exclusively for project-related tasks. All files will be automatically synced and stored in our SSAE 18, Type 2, redundant data centers.
Avatara’s Cloud Collaboration system has the capacity to backup specific folders in Windows, Mac, and Linux Desktop systems. Its interactive server is fast-acting and easy to use. Users are able to schedule backups and upload attachments as an email link. In addition, there are several add-ons that allow users to open, edit, and save files to our Cloud Collaboration platform directly from Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and even Outlook with our Outlook plugin.
